Fill in the trend ingredient of the moment even if it isn’t a match with your skin type or concerns because social media tells you this is a must for your skincare routine. Feel free to customise the concentrations too! We always suggest adding 1% more than other brands.
Vitamin C – 100% – Cringe
Vitamin C is full of healthy goodness, however, it is also a very unstable substance (ascorbic acid) that degrades rapidly when exposed to oxygen. Because of this, the best way to reap the benefits is to mix a small amount of vitamin C powder into your face care product before application. In some products, vitamin C derivatives (e.g. ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate) are used. These are much more stable than vitamin C, however this is also misleading for the customer as it is not actually vitamin C. For this reason you will not find vitamin C products in our STUDIO BOTANIC range.
Bei STUDIO BOTANIC benutzen wir lieber andere natürliche antioxidative Alternativen. Wir empfehlen zum Beispiel grünen Tee Extrakt in unserem ANTIOXIDANT SERUM, FACE CREAM, CLARIFYING FACE TONER. Oder Granatapfelkernöl bei der EYE CREAM. Für eine deutliche Steigerung der Collagenproduktion setzen wir auf PASSIOLINE aus nativem Maracujakernöl und BAKUCHIOL in unserem FACE OIL, to boost collagen production.
Niacinamid – 100%
Niacinamid ist sicher einer der besten Hautbildverbessernden Stoffe in der Kosmetik. In einer Konzentration von 5% besitzt es eine gute Hautverträglichkeit. Nur leider ist Niacinamid nicht natürlich und damit für zertifizierte Naturkosmetik ungeeignet.
Bei STUDIO BOTANIC setzten wir alternativ lieber auf natürlich gewonnenes Ectoin in unserem FACE SERUM, HYDRATING SERUM und ANTIOXIDANT SERUM, to boost collagen production.
Für die Verbesserung des Hautbildes und der Hautbarriere setzten wir außerdem auf PASSIOLINE aus nativem Maracujakernöl und BAKUCHIOL in unserem FACE OIL. Auch weitere pflanzliche Öle (aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau), wie Hagenbuttenkernöl, Granatapfelkernöl, Hanföl tragen erheblich zur Verbesserung des Hautbildes und Hautbarriere bei: FACE CREAM und EYE CREAM, to boost collagen production.
Retinol – 100% – Cringe
Die Vor- und Nachteile von Retinol sind umfassend an anderen Stellen erforscht und diskutiert worden. Retinol ist ein künstlicher Stoff und kann somit nicht Teil von zertifizierter Naturkosmetik sein. Bei STUDIO BOTANIC benutzen wir eine hautschonende pflanzliche Alternative, das Bakuchiolöl, in unserem FACE OIL. Erfahre hier mehr über BAKUCHIOL, to boost collagen production.
SPF – 100%
Natural sunscreens typically leave a white cast on the skin, and the higher the sun protection factor (SPF 35 and higher) the greater the ghostly effect. If the sunscreen is tinted this can lessen the effect, however adding pigment to skincare is not always desired and of course chemical sunblocks that don’t leave a white cast are out of the question for natural cosmetics. Therefore until we develop an optimal natural solution, STUDIO BOTANIC products do not include SPF.
CBD – 100 % – Cringe
At STUDIO BOTANIC we do not see CBD (cannabidiol) as a miracle skincare ingredient. Though studies confirm the caring and soothing effects of CBD in cosmetic products, its primary, proven field of usage is therapeutic and pharmaceutical. Here, advantages and disadvantages have been observed. However, we do not consider it beneficial to combine these two areas of application for a daily skincare routine. The hemp plant however does offer other great alternative skincare ingredients.

Panthenol – 100%
Panthenol ist sicher einer der besten Haut regenerierenden Stoffe in der Kosmetik. Nur leider ist Panthenol nicht natürlich und daher für unsere zertifizierte Naturkosmetik ungeeignet! Bei STUDIO BOTANIC benutzen wir daher PASSIOLINE, welches aus nativem Maracujakernöl gewonnen wird. Es überzeugt mit einer hohen regenerativen Leistung für die Haut. Wir setzten es in unserer FACE CREAM, der SKINCREAM und dem FACE OIL ein.

STUDIO BOTANIC products and various ingredients naturally contain natural alcohols! In our GESICHTSTONIKUM KLÄREND benutzten wir gezielt eine klärende Menge Ethanol ( >9% ). Dies ist ein sinnvoller Anteil in unserem Produktkonzept.
Application*
We recommend using as many drops of the WONDER ELIXIR as you can in a day so that you can finish up the bottle quickly. Whether winter or summer, no matter what skin type, the maximum amount is naturally the most effective. Therefore we strongly suggest signing up to our regular subscription service so you never run out of WONDER ELIXIR!
Tip*
