Right of withdrawal from "STUDIO BOTANIC“

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdraw period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order to exert your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Studio Botanic GmbH, Gereonshof 25, 50670 Cologne, Germany, Telephone number: +4922180061130, e-mail address: info@studiobotanic.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post). You can use the attached sample withdraw form. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdraw. In order to comply with the withdraw period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exert of the right of withdrwal before the end of the withdraw period.

Consequences of the revocation
If the returned goods are in order, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we inspected the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
As soon as we receive the goods, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you for the products without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date. In the case of a revocation of the products, the return costs are on the side of the buyer with consideration for our environment. In this way, we would like to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimise return routes.
